Jason Tselentis

Jason Tselentis is a designer, writer, and educator living in North Carolina. His print and interactive clients have included: Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum; Intel Labs; the National Park Service; and Sony BMG Music. His work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts and How magazine.

As a full-time lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, Jason teaches graphic design, typography, design history, and interactive media. His research focuses on pedagogical approaches to foundations and interactive design that will adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape, and prepare designers to be confident form generators and decision makers. Jason's writings about design and visual culture have appeared in Arcade, Emigre, Eye, and How magazines; since 2003 he has contributed to the award-winning design forum Speak Up as an author.
